 IV ANDALUSIA DAY AWARD RULES
ONLY ONE CONTACT WITH AN7AND WILL BE VALID

To celebrate Andalusia Day (February 28th), the Territorial Council of the Andalusian Community (CTCA) invites all radio amateurs to participate in this special award event.

Objective: Make as many contacts as possible with the special event stations across multiple bands. Only one contact with AN7AND will be valid.

Scope: International.

Dates: From 00:00 UTC on February 22nd to 23:59 UTC on February 28th.

Bands: 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40, and 80 meters, using the segments recommended by the IARU, as well as TG2147 DMR, Andalusia C4FM.

Modes: SSB, CW, MGM, and DMR (TG2147), C4FM Andalusia.

Participants: All licensed radio amateurs are welcome to participate.

Call Sign Format: CQ IV Diploma Día de Andalucía.

Special Event Stations: Up to nine special call signs will be active:

AN7AND - Active only on February 28th
AN45AL - AN45CA - AN45CO - AN45GR - AN45HU - AN45JA - AN45MA - AN45SE
Valid Contacts: Each participant may log one contact per band and mode with each special event station.

Award Categories (Each diploma will indicate the mode used.) - HF & DV Awards:

HF Awards:


• BASIC HF DIPLOMA: Contact five special call signs or four plus one QSO contact with AN7AND, regardless of band or mode. (e.g., 4 QSOs on 40m + 1 on 80m).

• BRONZE HF DIPLOMA: Contact four special call signs on two different bands. (four special call signs on each band).

• SILVER HF DIPLOMA: Contact six special call signs on three different bands. (six special call signs on each band).

• GOLD HF DIPLOMA: Contact eight special call signs on three different bands. (eight special call signs on each band).

• PLATINUM HF DIPLOMA: Contact eight special call signs on three different bands (eight special call signs on each band), plus AN7AND (active on February 28).


DV Mode Awards:


• BASIC DV DIPLOMA: Contact two special call signs.

• BRONZE DV DIPLOMA: Contact four special call signs.

• SILVER DV DIPLOMA: Contact six special call signs.

• GOLD DV DIPLOMA: Contact eight special call signs.

• PLATINUM DV DIPLOMA: Contact eight special call signs, plus AN7AND (active on February 28).

HF and DV contacts cannot be combined to qualify for an award.

The AN7AND station can be used only once as a wildcard to help qualify for a BRONZE, SILVER, or GOLD diploma.


Special Trophies::

• Special trophy to the Andalusian station with the most contacts, regardless of the diploma obtained.

• Special trophy to the EA station outside Andalusia with the most contacts, regardless of the diploma obtained.

• Special trophy to the non-EA station with the most contacts, regardless of the diploma obtained.

Additional information:

Participation requires sportsmanship and implies acceptance of these rules.

Any unforeseen issues will be resolved by the CTCA.

 BASES IV DIPLOMA DÍA DE ANDALUCÍA
SÓLO SERÁ VÁLIDO UN CONTACTO CON AN7AND

Con motivo de la celebración del Día de Andalucía (28 Febrero) el Consejo Territorial de la Comunidad Andaluza (CTCA) presenta e invita a todos los radioaficionados a participar en el presente diploma.

Objetivo: Contactar con el máximo posible de estaciones especiales en el máximo número de bandas posible, excepto AN7AND que solo valdrá un comunicado.

Ámbito: Internacional.

Fecha: Desde las 00:00 Horas UTC del día 22 de Febrero a las 23:59 del día 28 de Febrero.

Bandas: 10, 12, 15, 17, 20, 30, 40 y 80 m en los segmentos recomendados por la IARU así como en el TG2147 y sala Andalucía (C4FM).

Modos: SSB ,CW y digitales (MGM), DMR (TG2147) y sala Andalucía (C4FM).

Participantes: Cualquier radioaficionado con licencia oficial.

Llamadas: CQ IV Diploma día Andalucía.

Estaciones otorgantes: Hasta 9 indicativos especiales:

AN7AND - Indicativo especial sólo el día 28
AN45AL - AN45CA - AN45CO - AN45GR - AN45HU - AN45JA - AN45MA - AN45SE
Contactos válidos: Uno por banda y modo con cada estación otorgante.

Diplomas (los diplomas llevarán indicado el modo): HF, DV:

Diplomas HF:


• BÁSICO HF: Sólo 5 indicativos especiales o 4 y un QSO con la AN7AND independientemente de la banda y/o modo (Por ejemplo 4 QSO en 40m y 1 en 80m).

• BRONCE HF: 4 indicativos especiales en 2 bandas distintas (4 indicativos especiales en cada banda).

• PLATA HF: 6 indicativos especiales en 3 bandas distintas (6 indicativos especiales en cada banda).

• ORO HF: 8 indicativos especiales en 3 bandas distintas (8 indicativos especiales en cada banda).

• PLATINO HF: 8 indicativos especiales en 3 bandas distintas (8 indicativos especiales en cada banda) más la estación especial (AN7AND) que saldrá el día 28 febrero.


Diplomas DV:


• BÁSICO DV: 2 indicativos especiales.

• BRONCE DV: 4 indicativos especiales.

• PLATA DV: 6 indicativos especiales.

• ORO DV: 8 indicativos especiales.

• PLATINO DV: 8 indicativos especiales más la estación especial AN7AND que saldrá el día 28 de Febrero.

No podrán sumarse los contactos de HF con los de DV para la obtención de diplomas.

La estación especial AN7AND podrá servir de comodín una sola vez para obtener uno de los diplomas (BRONCE, PLATA, ORO).


Premio especial (trofeo):

• Premio especial (trofeo) a la estación de Andalucía que más comunicados haya efectuado independientemente del diploma/s obtenido/s.

• Premio especial (trofeo) a la estación del resto de EA que mas comunicados haya efectuado independientemente del diploma/s obtenido/s.

• Premio especial (trofeo) a la estación fuera de EA que más comunicados haya efectuado independientemente del diploma/s obtenido/s.

Notas:

La participación en el diploma obliga a comportarse de manera deportiva y supone la aceptación de las bases.

El CTCA resolverá las situaciones no recogidas en estas bases.
